Lauren Irwin-Szostak is an entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the collections industry. She is the founder of Business Processes Redefined, LLC (BPR), a receivables management firm. BPR is certified as a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) by the State of New Jersey and by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council. It is a member of ACA International, the leading trade association for collection professionals, and is accredited by the Better Business Bureau.
Ms. Irwin-Szostak’s approach to business is the same as her approach to every other aspect of her life. Simply put, “good is contagious” — and she’s made it her mission to lead by example and find opportunities to make a difference, be it big or small, each day. She has developed BPR into an exceptional resource for companies who need to entrust their recovery operations to a team of experts and get back to focusing on what matters most. Simultaneously, Ms. Irwin-Szostak has developed BPR as a pillar of trust and inclusion for internal employees and external partners alike, resulting in professional growth on all levels.
For Ms. Irwin-Szostak, any sort of meaningful long-term growth — be it in business, in social and societal progress, or ideally in all areas — starts with a distinctly human component. The more we seek out ways to truly connect with others — whether that means lending support in times of need, or simply teaching an individual something new — the more we can inspire tangible change and move forward. This charitable spirit has guided Ms. Irwin-Szostak through a variety of personal and philanthropic endeavors over the years.
